Most email platforms bill you for every contact on your list, whether you email them once a year or every day. We think your plan should be based on how much you actually send. For example, a store with 40,000 subscribers that sends two campaigns a month uses 80,000 emails, which fits our $275/month plan. A store with 60,000 subscribers that emails once a month only needs our $200/month plan.
Adding subscribers never raises your bill. Build the biggest list in your market without a pricing penalty.

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited contacts. Plans are sized by how many emails you send each month, so growing your list never pushes you into a higher plan.
Each email sent to one recipient counts as one email. A campaign sent to 10,000 subscribers uses 10,000 emails from your monthly plan.
Every plan includes a small grace allowance for busy months. If you go well beyond your plan’s limit, sending may pause until you move to a larger plan.
A dedicated IP address is used only for your email, so your sending reputation is entirely your own. You can add one to any plan for $25 per month. It’s most valuable for businesses that send consistently at higher volumes.
