Step 1: Request Plugin File From Your Rep

Contact your rep from MyEmailProgram.com and request the WordPress Forms Plugin files. We do not make it available for download publicly and you must be an active customer to receive it.

Step 2: Install the Plugin

Install the plugin to your WordPress site. Upload it from your computer to do so.

Step 3: Add Your API Key

Under WordPress Settings, find a new settings sub-menu labeled "MyEmailProgram Forms."

Click on the "API Settings" tab.

Enter the App URL: https://app.myemailprogram.com/

Step 4: Add Google reCAPTCHA V2

Sign up for Google reCAPTCHA (no-cost)

Generate a V2 key for your website.

Enter the Frontend Key and Secret Key.

Step 5: Create Form

Find the new MEP Forms menu option in your admin dashboard.

Click 'Add New'

Give your form a Title

Click the Contact List Dropdown menu to choose a destination contact list.

After you select a list, you will be able to add Form Fields. Click "+Add Field" and choose your field from the dropdown menu. Enter your desired frontend label and check the box to make that field required.

The Email field is required for your form to function.

Step 6: Add your form to pages or posts

Form Shortcode

You can see your form's shortcode from the form edit screen or on the All Forms list. Copy it and paste it in any page or post to have your form appear.
