We have finished testing a new support ticket system for our current customers. The new interface makes it much easier to engage with our support staff and report any bugs or issues you have with the application. There are two ways to submit a support ticket.
You can send an email to [email protected] with a short description of your issue in the subject line and a more complete description in the body of the email.
You can also submit a support ticket request via our helpdesk (click here).
Return to the helpdesk to see the status of your ticket, to attach screenshots or other files, to reply, to close or re-open your ticket.
