Behavior of US Email Users When Email Doesn’t Render on Their Mobile Device

eMarketer has recently reported on some survey data gathered by BlueHornet and others. The data suggests that marketers cannot afford to send email that doesn’t render correctly on mobile devices. It doesn’t take a big research study to convince most marketers that a large percentage of email viewing is now taking place on mobile devices. This latest research also suggests that mobile users are not likely to read an email at all if it doesn’t render well on their mobile device.
